CACHE is introducing e|assessment
e|assessment means taking one of our award tests on screen.
On-screen testing will mean:
- you can enter your candidates for the tests when they are ready and at a time suitable for them and you
- candidates receive instant provisional feedback on their results. Also most usually prefer this method of testing to the conventional paper and pencil forma
Pilot News
e|assessment pilot update
We are now conducting live tests for the Level 2 & 3 Certificates in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCCLD), and the Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare (DHC).
Although e|assessment is still in its pilot stage, candidates will be sitting actual tests. When their results have been checked and confirmed they will receive a certificate, or feedback on their performance, whichever is appropriate.
We have also invited some centres to live pilot the Foundation Award in Caring for Children (CFCC) from mid-June.
Have you signed up for the pilot?
If you would like to join any of our pilots, please complete and submit the online application form to confirm you have the system capability to run e|assessment, and to give permission for your centre to join the pilot.
